He-Man : Masters Of The Universe must have been my first introduction to Serif Gothic, long before I could even care. But it must have slipped into my subconscious somewhere along the way.
I happen to have a few boxed figures. The packaging and graphics are definitely part of the whole experience of getting and having any toys.
The font looks great, but actually Mattel slightly modified a few of the letters. Here the lowercase 't' has a curve at the bottom as oppose to being straight, the 'r' and 'w' have lost their serifs a little and the uppercase Heavy 'A' has a pointy top like an uppercase Bold 'A'. Geek out.

Good to see all weights and family members being used on the backs. They even write the safety info in Serif Gothic.
